When do we provide a return policy?
- Unboxing Video (unpacking video of the product without any pauses or editing) is a must to raise replacement requests.
- Any complaint with regards to the damage or stains should be reported to us within 24 to 48 hrs of the receipt of the products. We may ask for a digital picture of the same in order to review the same. We will issue an exchange once we received the product back at our office.
- Customer have to courier us of exchange order ( Incase of damage then only ) once we received courier then we will assist you if you want return.
- Courier charges will pay by voucher flat 100 Rs.

When we cancel order ?
- Order once moved to shipped can not be canceled.
- In case you cancel your order before the order is shipped – you will be issued a within 7 days of the cancellation order.

When can I exchange ?
- Loved the product but want a different color, pattern, size? We are happy to exchange it as long as it meets the conditions.
- Product is not eligible for return if there are slight color variations (particularly silk sarees as the saree has its own shine which might result in slight variations in the effect of light.
- In the case of higher products in exchange, customers have to pay the difference amount online. COD not available for the exchange request.
- Else in case of a lower amount, the difference amount will be added to the customer’s Gopi Fashion account as a store credit.
- For exchange, customers have to raise exchange requests within 3 days of delivery at email@example.com. Gopi Fashion will not accept the request after 48 hours of delivery.
- In case of an exchange, customers have to mail firstname.lastname@example.org.
- We will ask you to send the real image of the received product for checking the product.
COLOR AND DESCRIPTION DISCREPANCY
- The apparel description on the website contains details and product specifications which are approximate values, closest to reality. While we strive to be accurate in showcasing colors there still may be minor variations because of the light and settings during photography and also the color settings and properties of various monitors. Other details like weight, work details, and size may vary slightly as well. Hence the customer should keep in mind the slight variation when placing the order online. Gopifashion in believes that every customer placing an order is absolutely aware of these minor variations that may occur with respect to the actual color of the outfit received.
EMBELLISHMENT RELATED ISSUES
- Apparel consisting of embellishments like beads and sequences usually has the tendency to come off. Even with perfect handling, care and packaging this cannot be completely avoided. During physical transit, some of them may come loose, hence if you see such situations arise when you unpack or wear your attire, do not worry as it is a common issue.
